Returns
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for any products once an order is placed and fulfilled. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit, we will offer a GlowHub Gift Card equivalent to the assessed value of the damage. This gift card can be redeemed on future purchases from our store.
To request a damage-based compensation:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.
- Upon review, a gift card will be issued to the registered email address.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless your order qualifies for a damage-based compensation as described above. Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item ordered by the customer
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction not related to damage
All approved compensation will be in the form of GlowHub Gift Cards only.
